After 5 months of hard work creating the place from a shell, Houlihan´s opened officially on the 14th May 2011.

The name Houlihan is Seb´s family name on his mum´s side

Seb, the friendly landlord is often there to welcome you, and help your evening of fun go as smoothly as possible.

Guinness Always Available

We are proud to announce that we are the only establishment selling Guinness in Lima! Guinness is a popular Irish dry stout that originated in the brewery of Arthur Guinness (1725–1803) at St. James's Gate, Dublin.

A distinctive feature is the burnt flavour which is derived from the use of roasted unmalted barley. Guinness stout is made from water, barley, hops, and brewer's yeast.

A portion of the barley is roasted to give Guinness its dark colour and characteristic taste.
